1Stock valuation
The stock valuation report lists every product with its quantity and the value at average buying cost, with a second figure at retail price. The totals show what money is sitting on your shelves and what it would bring if all sold at retail. It is an owner-only report, since it reveals your costs.

2Low stock
The low-stock report lists products at or below the alert level you set, with the current quantity and the alert quantity beside each. Print it or share the PDF with whoever does the ordering.
Without a system
- Stock value estimated
- Slow items unnoticed
- Reports typed by hand
With Dukaan POS
- Valuation at cost and retail
- Product sales shows what moves
- PDF and CSV downloads
3Product sales
Product sales shows what sold in a chosen period, with quantity and amount for each item, and profit for the owner. Sort your thinking by it: the top twenty items usually carry most of the business, and they deserve your tightest stock control. The slowest movers are candidates for a discount or for ordering less.

4Stock history
Every stock movement is logged: purchase, sale, return, count adjustment, damage and expiry write-off, each with the user who made it. When a product's number looks wrong, history shows the entries that led to it. Counts and damage entered by staff can wait for approval before they change stock.
5A monthly rhythm
Once a month, read the valuation, the low stock list and the product sales together. Valuation tells you whether you are over-stocked; low stock tells you what to chase; sales tell you where to put the money. Fifteen minutes of reading beats an hour of guessing.
6Sharing reports with partners and lenders
Partners, suppliers and even banks sometimes ask what stock a shop holds. A dated valuation report gives them a clear figure, with each product and its quantity, instead of an estimate. Save it as PDF for a tidy document or as CSV if they want to work with the numbers. Because the report comes from the same records as your daily sales, you do not need to prepare anything special beforehand, and you can produce a current copy in under a minute.
